Dave Rowley

Dave grew up in Raleigh and attended Appalachian State University. His diverse career background includes working as a Trooper with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, professional golfer, Executive Protection Specialist providing personal protection for Fortune 250 company leaders, celebrities and dignitaries, and franchise owner. Dave began investing in real estate early and realized he had a true passion for it. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005, and has represented both buyers and sellers. Dave is also a contractor and specializes in flipping residential properties in the Triangle area.
